Sheeter

The sheeter is mainly used for making all kinds of bread, western cakes, biscuit shaping and all kinds of puff pastry. The production process is simple and convenient, and has dual functions of rolling and stretching. The food processed by this machine has a better baking effect, and the baked products have a good color and taste.

Advantages:

l Stainless steel pressure rollers are used, and the distance between the rollers is uniform; the forward and reverse directions of the conveyor belt are optional, and the thickness of the dough can be adjusted.

l The conveyor belt is driven by a sprocket and will not slip; it is equipped with an overload and phase loss protection device

l The scraper can be disassembled without tools for easy cleaning

Routine maintenance and maintenance of the sheeter:

1. After going to work, the equipment should be tested with no load. After confirming that the equipment is abnormal, start the formal work.

2. The rolled dough should not be too hard, and the one-time thinning should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the working stability and service life of the equipment.

When the thickness of the dough is above 10, the thickness can be adjusted by about 5mm each time. When the thickness is 5-10mm, it can be reduced by about 2mm each time. When it is less than 5mm, it can be reduced by about 1mm each time.

3. The conveying platform is not suitable for carrying heavy objects;

4. After running the machine for 40 hours, please re-tighten the belt and chain to a proper position to avoid slipping of the transmission and drag chain;

5. After the machine has been running for 80 hours, please refuel the sprockets, chains and other transmission parts, and re-tighten the screws, nuts and other fasteners to avoid damage to the machine parts;

6. Keep it clean and complete, and the transmission parts such as axles, belts, chains, etc. should not be attached with foreign matter such as flour, dust, etc., so as not to burn out the bearings or accelerate the wear of the parts;

7. Before leaving get off work every day, please wipe it with a rag when cleaning the machine, but do not rinse it with a water pipe;

8. Stop the machine immediately if abnormal sound is found, and ask the maintenance personnel to check it.
